Our employees underpin the value of our organisation. We are committed to treating all employees with fairness, respect and integrity and providing them with a safe and healthy working environment. Pack-IT operates an Employee of the Quarter incentive as an ongoing motivatation for our hard working staff.

Environment

All our business activities have an impact on the environment and we have a clear responsibility to manage this impact as effectively as possible. Pack-IT is committed to measuring and evaluating the amount of natural resources used in the day to day operation of our business. We aim to only use suppliers who demonstrate they are responding to global environmental and social concerns, through their continued commitment to actively engage in CSR.

Community

It is key to the future success of Pack-IT that we take our responsibilities to the wider community seriously as the health and prosperity of the local community can have a direct effect on our business. The majority of our staff have been recruited from the local community, some with varying levels of disabilities. This recruitment policy plays a significant part in Pack-IT’s company ethos.
